Impact grants

Please note that we have closed our usual Impact and Local & Community programmes to prioritise funding for our Covid-19 Support Fund.

Since the Impact Grants programme launched in 2018 we have made the grants detailed here.

We use our Impact Grants programme to:

  • target specific priorities within our interest areas that are most relevant to Bucks
  • test local responses to some of the big challenges within our interest areas
  • foster collaboration around shared priorities for greater impact.

Examples of current priorities include:

  • Arts with social impact, including arts in prisons
  • Sustainable food systems
  • Homelessness

How to apply

Please contact the Grants team if you are interested in applying to our Impact Grants programme. If we feel your proposed activity meets our priority areas, we will invite you to submit an Expression of Interest. We have an annual deadline of 15th January for Expressions of Interest and we encourage you to contact us well in advance of this date so that we can get to know your organisation.

If we progress your Expression of Interest, you will be given a minimum of six weeks to submit a full application. The annual deadline for full applications is 15th March.

All applications are assessed by our Grants team before being reviewed by our Grants Committee. Final funding decisions are made by our Trustees in July each year.
