We are pleased to be supporting a partnership between Buckinghamshire Culture and Cultural Associates Oxford to offer a free, year-long programme of leadership development.

Buckinghamshire Cultural Leaders is a bespoke leadership programme that will support cultural leaders to innovate and respond to the Covid-19 pandemic. Directors, senior leadership and innovators from Buckinghamshire’s creative and cultural organisations are eligible to apply.

Around 20 creative and cultural professionals will be selected to take part with fully funded places worth up to £5,000 per person.

Applications are open until 12 noon on 17 December 2020. The programme will begin in Spring 2021.
