Culture plays a vital role in improving our quality of life and wellbeing, has the ability to address social challenges and enhances the everyday. We are committed to increasing opportunities for everyone to experience cultural activity. We recognise that in order to achieve this we need to contribute to building a local cultural sector that is inclusive, vibrant and resilient.
From 2021-2024 our funding will focus on activity that contributes to the following priorities:
- Accessible and inclusive cultural participation
- Creativity and culture for improved wellbeing
- A resilient cultural sector
As part of your application you will be asked to describe how your organisation or activity contributes to one or more of these priorities.
We are more interested in a really good idea or approach to a particular priority than the number of priorities you are addressing. For more information on the type of activity we want to fund please visit our Application Guidance on the Buckinghamshire Grants Culture page.
Applicants can apply for grants of up to three years. The maximum grant you can apply for is £100,000 per year over three years. However, we anticipate that the average grant will be under £100K (over three years). The information you are asked at application stage will be reflective of the amount of funding requested.
