Update from Buckinghamshire Culture - We're growing!

28 April 2022

Having registered as a Charitable incorporated Corporation with The Charity Commission in late 2021 (registered charity number: 1196317), we are extremely pleased to have hit two more exciting milestones.

First, we have appointed a skilled and expert Board of Trustees to oversee and guide the charity as it grows and works to deliver the Buckinghamshire Cultural Strategy.  Our Board includes a range of inspiring individuals drawn from some of the county’s cultural organisations, as well as from important stakeholders such as Buckinghamshire Council and Buckinghamshire New University, and beyond.  To find out more about the team steering Buckinghamshire Culture, please visit our website here…

Second, we have appointed our second member of staff.  Nadia Epping has joined Buckinghamshire Culture as Project Co-ordinator on a part time basis and will be a huge help to our Director, Lallie Davis.  Nadia will be taking on delivery of co-ordinated activity such as Open Weekend (taking place 28th-31st July 2022) working with our partners across the county and developing and shaping a range of projects in support of the Cultural Strategy.  You can find out more about Open Weekend here…

We are also extremely pleased that Buckinghamshire New University is now our home, as the University have generously agreed to host the organisation on campus in High Wycombe.  Lallie and Nadia are settling into our new office and learning their way around the University campus and coffee shops! If you’d like to discuss any creative and cultural projects, you can contact Lallie on [email protected] and Nadia on [email protected]
