Senior Leadership Team
Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Senior Leadership Team oversees the management of the Rothschild Foundation and Waddesdon Manor.
Chief Executive Officer – Sir Roger Wright CBE
Chair of the Senior Leadership Team and reporting to the Chair and Trustees. Leadership of the Rothschild Foundation and subsidiaries and management of Executive Board colleagues.
Chief Financial Officer – Dave Silvester
Responsible for the strategic management and oversight of the Rothschild Foundation finances.
Chief Operating Officer – Sara Aspley
At the heart of strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the Foundation’s commercial activities are sustainable, innovative and aligned with its mission.
Director of Waddesdon – Pippa Shirley
Responsible for the strategic management and oversight of Waddesdon Manor, the Archives, Eythrope Walled Garden and the Rothschild Foundation Collection.
Director of Grants – Ellie Stout
Has overall management responsibility for the governance and grant related work of the Rothschild Foundation, as well as oversight of any other philanthropic entities in which the Rothschild Foundation has an interest.
Director of People – Victoria Lovatt-Smith
Focused on delivering excellence across both the strategic and functional elements of Human Resources and Volunteering, driving the Rothschild Foundation’s people management strategy.
Head of Marketing & Communications – Sarah Armond
Responsible for strategic brand, marketing, external communications and audience development of Waddesdon Manor, the Rothschild Foundation, Five Arrows Hotel and The Bow pub.
